Welcome to Stylapew. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) explain—in clear, simple language—how you may use https://stylapew.com (the “Website”), what you can expect from us, and what we expect from you. The Website is operated by Stylapew (“we”, “us”, “our”).
By using the Website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms as well as our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return & Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website or buy our products. Our store currently serves customers in the United States, United Kingdom, France, Germany, Australia, Spain, Canada, Italy, Belgium, and Portugal.
2. Use of the Website
Use the Website in a lawful and respectful way. Do not try to break the site, copy code or content without permission, post harmful files, or access anyone’s account or our systems without authorization. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your country) to place an order. If you create an account, keep your password safe and tell us right away if you think someone else accessed it. You are responsible for all activity on your account until you tell us about any unauthorized use.
Some parts of the Website may link to other websites. We are not responsible for content, policies, or actions on those sites. If you need help using the Website because of a disability, please contact us—we are happy to assist.
3. Products, Pricing, and Accuracy (Furniture-Specific)
We sell furniture and home goods. We try to show accurate photos, descriptions, dimensions, materials, finishes, and prices. Still, small differences can happen:
Natural materials vary. Solid wood and veneers can have color, grain, texture, and pattern differences. Minor size tolerances can occur because of handmade work or material movement.
Screen colors differ. Your screen may show colors slightly differently from the real product.
Sets vs. individual items. Some photos show a room setting. Your order includes only what the product page lists.
Care and use matter. Furniture has weight limits and needs proper assembly, placement, and care. Follow our assembly guides and care instructions. Do not expose wood pieces to long periods of direct sun, high humidity, or standing water.
Prices, stock, and features can change at any time. All prices and refunds are in USD. If we find an error (for example, an incorrect price or description), we may correct it and cancel or refund any order affected by the error. If we cancel, we will refund you in full.
4. Ordering, Payment, Taxes, and Cancellations
When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy. We accept your order when we send an order confirmation and begin preparing or shipping your items. We may decline or cancel any order—for example, if an item is unavailable, if there is a pricing or stock error, or if our systems flag possible fraud or misuse. We may contact you for verification (such as address checks or bank authorization).
Payment. We accept the payment methods listed at checkout. We do not store full card numbers. You agree to pay all charges, taxes, duties, and fees shown at checkout. International orders may include import duties, VAT/GST, brokerage, or customs fees charged by your country—these are your responsibility unless our Shipping Policy clearly says otherwise.
Currency. All transactions are in USD. Your bank or PayPal may convert currency and add fees. We do not control exchange rates or bank fees.
Title and risk. Title to goods passes to you after we receive full payment. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier delivers to the shipping address you provided (or when you or your agent picks up the goods).
Cancellations. You can ask to cancel an order before it ships or before production starts on made-to-order items. Once an order has shipped—or a made-to-order piece has entered production—cancellation may not be possible. For international shipments, cancellation is not possible after customs clearance. 5. Shipping and Delivery (Freight/LTL for Furniture)
Please review our Shipping Policy for full details. In short: larger furniture often ships by Freight/LTL. The carrier may contact you to set a delivery appointment. A signature may be required. Delivery is usually to the first dry area (threshold/garage) unless your order includes room-of-choice or white-glove service. Stairs, elevators, missed appointments, or address changes can cause extra fees from the carrier.
When your order arrives, inspect the boxes before signing. If you see damage, note it on the delivery paperwork and take photos. Then tell us within 48 hours so we can help file a claim and send replacements or parts. Keep all packaging until we confirm the next steps; carriers often need it to process claims. If no one is available at the appointment time, the carrier may charge a redelivery fee.
6. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
Our Return & Refund Policy explains eligibility and steps in detail. Key points for furniture:
Made-to-order or customized items may be non-returnable except for defects or shipping damage. We will always stand behind faults that are ours.
To start a return, contact us first. Items must be in like-new condition and, when possible, in original packaging.
We may ask for photos to speed up solutions (repair, parts, exchange, or refund).
Unless the return is due to our error or a confirmed defect, shipping costs are non-refundable, and a restocking fee may apply to cover carrier and warehouse handling.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank controls how long it takes to post the credit.
For international orders, duties/taxes charged by your country are not refundable by us (you may ask your local authority about refunds).
7. Intellectual Property and Your Content (Reviews and Photos)
All content on the Website—text, images, graphics, logos, videos, page layouts, and software—belongs to Stylapew or our partners and is protected by law. You may not copy or reuse it without written permission.
If you share reviews, photos, or other content with us or post them on our Website or social pages, you give Stylapew a free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, display, edit for clarity, and share that content in our store pages, emails, ads, and social media, with credit where practical. Do not post content you do not own or that is illegal, abusive, or contains others’ private information. We may remove content that breaks these rules. For copyright concerns (e.g., DMCA), email us and we will review promptly.
8. Warranties, Safety, and Product Care
We want you to enjoy your furniture for years. Many items include a limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for household use (details vary by product—see the product page or your paperwork). This does not cover normal wear, wood movement, color changes from light and age, improper assembly, misuse, commercial use, or damage from moisture, heat, pets, or cleaners. Please follow our care instructions (for example: lift, don’t drag; use coasters and pads; keep wood away from direct sun and humidity swings).
Safety matters. Secure anti-tip devices on dressers, bookcases, and tall cabinets; do not allow children to climb or hang on drawers or doors. Use proper wall anchors and follow all assembly guides. If you are unsure, hire a professional installer. We are not responsible for damage or injury caused by improper assembly, misuse, or ignoring safety instructions.
Except for any express warranties we provide, and to the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties (such as merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose). Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected where they cannot be limited by law.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Stylapew is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of use, lost profits, or property damage not caused by us. For any claim you bring, our total liability will not be more than the amount you paid for the product involved. We are also not responsible for delays or failures caused by events we cannot control, such as extreme weather, carrier delays, strikes, shortages, or government actions. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
10. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws listed below, and you may bring a claim in the non-exclusive courts of your country of residence:
United States: laws of the State of CA.
United Kingdom & European Union (France, Germany, Spain, Italy, Belgium, Portugal): your national laws and EU consumer protection rules.
Canada: federal and applicable provincial laws.
Australia: laws of the Commonwealth of Australia.
If a court finds any part of these Terms invalid, the rest still applies. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return & Refund Policy, make up the entire agreement between you and us for Website use and purchases.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our products, services, or the law. We will post the new version here and change the “Last updated” date above. Using the Website after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
